Annual membership dues are based on the number of employees on a full-time-equivalent (FTE) basis. Full-time is considered to be a five-day workweek, typically for 35-40 hours per week. Part-time is considered to be an employee who is employed up to 20 hours per week; 2 part-time employees would be 1 full-time equivalent.
