57th Annual Madison County Craft Festival is September 11 and 12, 2021

at the Madison County Historical Society

Madison County Historical Society will host its 57th Annual Madison County Craft Festival on Saturday, September 11 from 10 am-5 pm and on Sunday, September 12 from 10 am- 4 pm on the historical society’s grounds at 435 Main Street in Oneida. $5 Adult Admission. $8 Weekend Passes offered. We are accepting cash only at the admission gate. Children 12 and under are free.

 

We have a selection of contemporary arts and crafts, ranging from functional to decorative works including fabric, glass, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, metal, glass, floral, drawings, paintings, jewelry photography, soap, skin-care products, leather, and wood. This is an outdoor craft show, featuring juried artisans, artisans of edible treats, food trucks, live music, and NYS wineries. New York State Designer Blacksmiths will be on grounds by the agricultural barn demonstrating the art of blacksmithing all weekend. There will be live music all weekend. Performing on Saturday, September 11 from 10 am - 12 pm is Papamojo. Followed by Mark Barnes’ solo performance at 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm and Scattered Fleurys performance at 3:00 pm- 5:00 pm. On Sunday the live music continues with performances by Kevin Keating from 10 am  – 12:30 pm. Followed by Double Chase performing at 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm. There will be food trucks at the Madison County Craft Festival from Brake from the Grind, Gypsy Girl Wood Fired Pizza and Catering, Papa Gallo Taco Truck, BBQ Isle, Oscar’s Steak and Crab, Knickerbocker Meats, Dough Boys BBQ, Oh Crepe and Waffles, New Moon Farms and Mix it Up Creations.

 

Join us under our kid activity tent on the side yard for our scheduled kid activities.  Imagination Station with Maya Phillips will be joining the festival with her free interactive activities for kids. There will also be free house tours of Cottage Lawn offered. We are very excited to announce a raffle drawing of a bench that has been created and donated by New York State Designer Blacksmiths. The drawing of the bench will be on Sept. 12. Tickets available now and during the show are $2 each or three for $5. New York State Designer Blacksmiths will be on grounds by the agricultural barn demonstrating the art of blacksmithing all weekend.

 

Enjoy a fun family weekend purchasing handmade items from our talented artisans, eating delicious food from the food trucks, purchasing wine from NYS wineries, and listening to live music. No animals (except for service animals) or smoking are permitted on the grounds. The Madison County Craft Festival is one of the Madison County Historical Society’s major fundraisers. Proceeds from the event support the educational programs offered. Jane Gerard of Pottery Gals of Manlius is a new artisan in this year’s 57th Annual Madison County Craft Festival held on September 11 from 10 am- 5 pm and September 12 from 10 am- 4 pm at the Madison County Historical Society in Oneida.
