54th Annual Madison County Craft Festival

54th Annual Madison County Craft Festival is September 8 & 9, 2018 at the Madison County Historical Society

The Madison County Historical Society's Craft Days was recently rebranded, Madison County Craft Festival. In our 54th year, the show continues to maintain the standard of jurying in quality crafters and artisans who create their own handmade crafts. We have a wide selection of contemporary arts and crafts, ranging from functional to decorative 2-D and 3-D works including fabric, glass, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, metal, glass, floral, drawings, paintings, jewelry photography, leather, and wood. Many of our crafters will be demonstrating how they create their beautiful artwork. The show will also offer craft workshops for children, music, and of course a variety of food vendors, and a few NYS wineries offering samples and sales.

The Madison County Craft Festival will be held on the beautiful historical society grounds located at 435 Main Street in Oneida on Saturday, September 8 from 10 am-5 pm and on Sunday, September 9 from 10 am- 4 pm. Admission is $5 for adults, children 12 and under are free. Purchase a weekend pass for $8 and join us both days!

There will also be free house tours of Cottage Lawn and storytelling provided by the Oneida Public Library ongoing all weekend.  The Oneida Rail Trail will be back on Saturday only with their popular colorful walking stick activity.  On the society’s grounds for the public to tour will be the Tiny House that was constructed by Oneida High School students under the supervision of Bob Straczuk, Technology Arts Teacher at the high school.
