With a different way of perceiving the world and elements within it, David Bonagurio's work has a sense of twisted realism. He focuses on drawing and painting in which he uses figurative imagery to address personal and larger social issues which affect perspective and perception. According to him, his work represents the “true lack of boundaries and state of flux that we and everything else is always in.”
